We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. If your location is outside our standard service areas, please contact us to confirm delivery availability.


2. Processing Time

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made clothing and tailored orders typically require 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
  • Bulk Orders: Large-scale orders may take 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity and quantity.
  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Orders for ready-made garments are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and the weight of the package. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 within India.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch (additional charges apply).

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical delays.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.


6. International Shipping

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or order details can only be made if the package has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately for any modifications.
